PITEBA makes sure you receive your order. We check your address and select the best shipper.

Shipper / transit time
Europe: PostNL – transit time 2 – 10 days
USA: UPS / FedEx – transit time 2 – 5 days
UK: PostNL – transit time 2 – 10 days.

For the UK it is not possible to order in the shop. Due to UK regulations after the BREXIT your order value (excluding shipping costs) should exceed € 160. This is the link for the procedure: UK-orders.

Brazil:no shipping to Brazil due to import regulations. Orders only possible if you have a DHL-account and plan a pick-up yourself, on your own DHL account.

All other countries: PostNL / UPS / FedEx / DHL – transit time 2 days – 8 weeks

Shipping rates

Shipping rates depend on weight and destination. Once you have chosen the products in the shop you can calculate the shipping price of your total order.

In case you prefer a specific shipper, please contact PITEBA and ask fort he possibilities and costs.

Tracking and transit time

Transit time depends on the destination. You receive the tracking information as soon as the order is shipped. Be sure to follow your parcel. In some cases your have to pick up your parcel. Your local delivery service does not always inform. After several days the parcel will be sent back to PITEBA. Resending will be charged extra.

Tax

Outside the EU import regulations vary. Every country has its own tax and import duties. Some countries have a maximum order value with 0% tax.

In Europe the tax is paid in your invoice. Outside the EU the tax must be paid to the shipper.
